Day 76. Change into your favorite workout clothes


When you are tired,
when your plate is full,
naturally you don’t want to exercise.

Here is my tip:
Change into your favorite workout clothes immediately.

This one baby step leads to another step.
Once you are in your workout cloth,
it’s a lot easier to step out of your house.

Everything else will be taken care of now.

Sounds pretty easy huh?
Then put on your new, sexy workout clothes today!
