Volunteer Park Cafe is J’s favorite brunch spot in Seattle.

And I’m totally in love with their banana brioche french toast!

The caramelized banana brioche french toast has
vanilla bean custard, toasted pecans, and ricotta cheese filling!!!

It’s just perfect!
