ChattingCat is online service which means it runs 24/7. During holidays, it’s challenging to manage tutors especially on new year’s day.
This morning, I woke up and found out that one correction request sitting for over 90 minutes. The one who was assigned between 6 AM to 10 AM was missing.
As ChattingCat grows and more customers pay, I feel heavier responsibility. Sometimes, I think I’m too sensitive to be an entrepreneur!
