Today I went to Toastmasters. My role was ‘Evaluator 1’ and Table Topics Master, a dual duty.
Only six months back, I wouldn’t be able to sleep without complete script ready for my role.
Still I’m fearful of speaking on the stage, I still fight against temptation to skip the meeting every single time, however, the stress is shrinking and today with limited preparation, I did my role just fine.
