Day 204. Morning ritual

1/22/13

[Original]

J and I have decided to do our morning ritual together in the new year.
I got this idea of ‘Morning ritual’ from the Michael Hyatt’s podcast series.
Today was our first day although we had to do separately as J is on business trip.

Our morning ritual starts with getting up early. Our goal is to get up at 6:30 AM. This is a huge challenge for whom used to work late and get up late. Today, I got up at 7:30AM as a start. Then, I left home for jogging and ran for half an hour. The goal is to leave home within 10 minutes after waking up. Lastly, listening to music, I meditated for five minutes, trying to empty my mind.

    • Matt,

Thanks for your comment on my blog. It wasn’t long ago when I found Michael Hyatt. But now I’ve been really enjoying listening to his podcast especially when I’m running. If you have any other inspiring podcast, please share with me.

Also, thanks for joining ChattingCat as a Tutor, you’ve been helping a lot! I should thank to the person who referred ChattingCat to you. 😉

      • April,

You’re welcome. Yes, it’s the Entreleadership Podcast. Truly amazing, they hosted Michael Hyatt on their May 2012 episode. The Podcast is #1 podcast on business and leadership. It’s my favorite podcast.

I’ll be sure to tell him thanks, I enjoy Chatting Cat too!

Looking forward to getting to know you better too,

        Matt
