When I was calling a customer service as a customer, most of the time I was unhappy and I was hurry to hang up after delivering my needs. Now that I’m on the other side of the table, those rude customers upset me.
From now on, I’ll try to remember that there is no cold machine on the other side, but a human being who has been dealing with a lot of unhappy voices.
