One of my favorite Korean dishes is raw crabs, ‘Ganjang Gechang’ in Korean. It’s cleaned crabs in boiled soy sauce for 3-5 days. However, because of the high price, I’d never had enough when I was in Korea. But surprisingly, I found the best Gechang restaurant in Seattle under $20!
Is there any other country eats raw crabs?
