Today I went to a meetup called “Equity Compensation Basics for Startups.” One attorney and one CPA gave thirty minute presentation each. I learned a lot about legal stuff useful to know to forming a start-up, however, what was more helpful was networking with fellow entrepreneurs and the QA session afterward.
