Day 231. Perfect LA Galbi

First, put LA Galbi ribs in the cold water at least for an hour for at least an hour to remove blood. It’s recommended to change the water two to three times. To make the meat soft, the next step is to cut and mix an onion and a kiwi and mix them using a blender. Leave the ribs in a big bowl with the mix for another hour. The last step is to marinate the Galbi. To marinate one kilogram of Galbi ribs, mix all the following: 5 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tsp ginger powder, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp corn syrup, 3 tbsp cooking wine, 2 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, and black peppers. I’d recommend to marinate marinating the Galbi at least three hours before cooking. Ooh la la! Now you have the perfect LA Galbi
