Thai Tom is my favorite Thai restaurant in Seattle.
The food there is awesome, however, but what impresses me the most is their kitchen operation. In their little kitchen, everything is perfectly set for maximum efficiency. Looking at Watching them cooking and serving without a single idle moment, it feels like seeing a perfect art!
