Today I met ‘K’, one of ChattingCat tutors, who had contributed a lot to the company’s early growth. We had nice conversation about her teaching experience in Japan and I was able to explain how I came up with the ChattingCat idea. Getting to know people in person is important. In start-ups, you always need to build relationships and it’s hard to find good people especially when you need them most.
I don’t have anything to offer her yet, but I’m looking forward to working with her again.
