Day 242. Toned body

I love the feeling of muscle soreness after exercise. It makes me feel as if I’m losing fat and toning muscle. I know it’s far from the truth; one time muscle exercise doesn’t build anything, but just waking up. To have a toned body, I must exercise at least three times a week.
