After spending many happy hours uploading photos of my team on Facebook, I finally realize why newsfeed is all about photos of their children after my friends became parents.
When Yan joined ChattingCat, he was studying in New Zealand, and tomorrow he will return to New Zealand to finish his school. I know that some feeling of emptiness will overwhelm me when I’m back in the office on Monday.
In my fourth year as a startup CEO, I finally learned what the importance of team and people is, actually the people are everything. It’s me now who needs to do a better job.

팀원들과 행복한 시간을 보낸 후, 페북에 사진을 올리는 스스로를 보며, 왜 부모가 되면 페이스북을 온통 아이들 사진으로 도배 하는지를 알 것 같다.
채팅캣에 조인했을 때 그는 뉴질랜드에서 공부 중이었고, 2주 우리와 함께한 후 학업을 마치기 위해 내일 다시 비행기에 오른다. 앞으로도 리모트로 함께 할테지만, 주말이 지나 출근을 하면 그의 빈자리가 허허할 것 같다.
스타트업 꼬꼬마 대표가 대표 생활 4년차가 되서야 사람 귀한 줄, 사람이 전부인 것을 배웠다… 이젠 정말이지 나만 더 잘하면 될 것같다.
사랑하고 존경하는 우리 팀원들, 그리고 그 간 떠나간, 여러모로 저를 성장시킨 구팀원들께도 고맙습니다.
