Try something new for 30 days

I’ve watched the Ted talk “Try something new for 30 days” by Matt Cutts.

It’s the perfect time to watch the video and I’m inspired because today is April 1st! Three ideas immediately came to my mind. First, meditation. I’m going to meditate every day for the next 30 days! Second, I’ll do the plank for two minutes every day and at least one push-up. Lastly, I’ll not eat anything after 9:00 pm for the next thirty days.

Should I choose one? Or, give all three a shot for the next thirty days?
