My new nest in San Francisco – June 8, 2018
It’s been seven days since I moved into a new place in San Francisco. Today I did my seventh workout at the gym in the building. I love this new nest for many reasons: price, location, structure, etc. But perhaps the best reason of all is that it has a gym on site. Exercise has been a part of my daily routine for decades, however, I still am tempted to skip a day almost every time I wake up. Yet, once I change into my workout outfit and drag myself out the door, I’m half done. I’ll see myself at the gym in less than a min!
